Refund & Cancellation Policy

An admission is considered confirmed only after:- Submission of the admission form.
- Successful payment of the applicable registration or course fee.
- Verification of admission details by ProTree Academy.
3. Refund Policy
Professional coaching involves reserving faculty time, academic resources, classroom infrastructure, digital learning access, and study materials specifically for each enrolled student. Accordingly, all fees paid towards course enrolment are generally non-refundable. This policy applies to:- Registration Fees

4. Cancellation by Student
Students may discontinue attending classes at any time. However,- Cancellation of admission does not automatically qualify the student for any refund.
- Any outstanding fees already committed under the admission agreement shall remain payable where applicable.
5. Batch Change or Course Transfer
A request for changing the batch or transferring to another course may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of ProTree Academy. Approval depends upon:- Availability of seats
- Academic feasibility
- Faculty schedule
- Administrative approval
6. Duplicate Payments
If a payment has been deducted more than once due to a genuine banking or payment gateway error, ProTree Academy will verify the transaction. Upon successful verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.7. Cancellation by ProTree Academy
In rare situations where ProTree Academy cancels a course or batch due to insufficient enrolment, unforeseen circumstances, or operational reasons, students may be offered one of the following options:- Transfer to another available batch.
- Adjustment of fees against another eligible course.
- Refund of the fee paid for the cancelled batch, where appropriate.
8. Study Materials
Printed books, notes, merchandise, and learning materials supplied by ProTree Academy cannot be returned once delivered unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition. Any issue regarding damaged materials should be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs.9. Digital Learning Products
Due to the nature of digital educational content:- Recorded lectures
- Downloadable notes
- Online assessments
- Learning Management System (LMS) access
- Mobile application access
10. Missed Classes
Students who are unable to attend classes because of personal reasons, examinations, relocation, employment, travel, medical issues, or any other individual circumstances shall not be eligible for refunds. Where available, alternative academic support or recorded sessions may be provided at the Academy’s discretion.11. Scholarships and Promotional Offers
Admissions secured under:- Scholarships
- Early Bird Offers
- Promotional Discounts
- Referral Programs
- Special Campaigns
12. Payment Gateway Charges
Where a refund is approved due to duplicate payment or cancellation initiated by ProTree Academy, applicable banking charges, payment gateway deductions, or statutory deductions may be adjusted wherever legally permissible.13. Force Majeure
Refunds shall not arise due to interruptions caused by events beyond the reasonable control of ProTree Academy, including but not limited to:- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Internet outages
- Public emergencies
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Civil disturbances
