The CS Professional course syllabus is divided into three modules, with each module containing three papers. The first module covers Advanced Company Law and Practice, Secretarial Audit, Compliance Management, and Due Diligence, Corporate Restructuring, Valuation, and Insolvency. The second module covers Information Technology and Systems Audit, Financial, Treasury and Forex Management, and Ethics, Governance and Sustainability. The third module covers Advanced Tax Laws and Practice, Drafting, Pleadings and Appearances, and Elective 1 from five available options and Elective 2 from four available options. The course covers a wide range of subjects and provides students with comprehensive knowledge and skills required for a career as a company secretary.
